How can I book an appointment?
You can book a discovery session directly through the website or contact me by email. This first step gives us a chance to explore what you’re looking for and whether we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll discuss the best therapeutic path for you.
What can I expect during a therapy session?
The first session is a gentle introduction; there’s no pressure to share everything. It’s a space for you to ask questions, talk about what’s brought you here, and begin exploring what support might look like. Whether you’re feeling nervous, unsure, or just need to talk, you’ll be met with warmth, confidentiality, and compassion.
What are your fees and payment terms?
Therapy is an investment in your wellbeing. To confirm your session, payment is required at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to hold the space exclusively for you.
My fees are:

What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that things change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are chargeable in full, except in exceptional circumstances.
