Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating a relationship challenge, or simply feeling unlike yourself, talking therapy provides a confidential, non-judgmental space to be heard and to heal.

 

With Nicola, therapy is a collaborative process. Rooted in Transactional Analysis (TA) and enriched with integrative tools from CBT, creative approaches, and trauma-informed techniques, each session is tailored to you. You won’t be rushed or labelled — just gently supported to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and how to move forward.
